Description

This requirement is for the acquisition of non-personnel services to support the Pentagon Building Management Office, Operations and Maintenance Branch as it performs Preventive Maintenance and Replacement Services for buildings and equipment on the Pentagon Reservation. The Pentagon Reservation is comprised of The Pentagon Building, Heating and Refrigeration Plant, Modular Office Complex, and the Incinerator Building. The Contractor shall develop and implement a Preventive Maintenance program which addresses preventive maintenance, minor repairs, major repairs, replacement services, and emergency call response for buildings and equipment on the Pentagon Reservation that results in extending the useful life of the equipment, minimizing down time, and assuring that operating equipment and systems are performing at peak efficiency based on the manufacturer’s specifications for each piece of equipment. Considering the magnitude and complex nature of the overall electrical distribution system on the Pentagon Reservation, firms with technical capabilities and adequate personnel to handle multiple simultaneous emergencies while conducting routine electrical maintenance are needed. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform electrical maintenance and replacement services as defined in the Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services.
