Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract Agency: Kentucky Army National Guard Product/Service: Lodging and facilities for the Loucon Training and Retreat Center Proposed Contractor: Camp Loucon, Leitchfield, Kentucky1. Notice This is a Notice of Intent to award a firm-fixed-price, sole-source contract to Camp Loucon for the provision of lodging and facilities for the FY26 Kentucky National Guard Youth Camp. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotations.2. Authority and Procedures This acquisition is for a commercial service and is being conducted using the procedures of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, as implemented by 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) and 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1).3. Requirement Details	NAICS Code: 721214 - Recreational and Vacation Camps (except Campgrounds)•	Size Standard: $9.0M•	PSC: G003 - Social Services / Social-Recreational Services4. Submission of Information-All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The Government will consider all responses received by the deadline set in this notice. The information received will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether to proceed with the planned sole-source acquisition. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; no solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 4/30/2026, 12:00 PM EST. The written response shall reference solicitation number W912KZ26RA002 and must provide a clear and concise capability statement to show the ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability and schedule.
