Add UID

UID entry is done in a "two-tier" process. The upper tier consists of the Enterprise Identifier, Issuing Agency Code, UID Type, Original Part Number, and Lot/Batch. These fields are considered static for any given set of UIDs. The lower tier consists of the object's Serial Number and the full-concatenated UID.
