Accordingly, solicitation W9127824R0005 is canceled in its entirety due to inadequate specifications cited in the original Performance Work Statement. The information regarding the current number of users and amount of data that would need to be migrated from WEBCASS was insufficient for pricing purposes under Task 6. Additionally, there were concerns regarding the delivery schedule of the Recommendation Tracking Systems (“RTS”) Module) under Task 7.
